Maple Glazed Carrots

2 Tablespoons butter
1/2 onion, chopped
500g carrots, peeled and sliced
1 cup Mill Orchard Apple Juice
1 Tablespoon maple syrup

Melt the butter in a large fry pan and add the onions, cook until lightly golden.
Add the carrots and sauté until they begin to brown a little.
Add Mill Orchard Apple Juice and maple syrup and bring to the boil.
Simmer until carrots are tender and liquid is reduce to a glaze.
Season to taste.
