Apple and Cheese Filo Parcels

4 Mill Orchard Apples, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup Mill Orchard Apple Juice
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/3 cup grated tasty cheese
Filo pastry sheets
Canola oil

Cook the Mill Orchard Apples in the Mill Orchard apple juice
with the nutmeg and cook until tender. Lay out 1 sheet of
filo pastry and spray lightly with oil, place another sheet on top.
Cut the pastry in half lengthways. Put about 1/4 cup of the apple mixture
with a little of the grated cheese on top, at the bottom left
hand side of the pastry. Fold over the pastry into a triangle
shape and continue folding along the length of the pastry
until you have a triangle parcel. Place on a baking tray and spray
with a little oil. Cook at 200oC for about 14 minutes, or until golden.
Serve with a little icing sugar sifted over the top and low fat ice cream.
